It isn't convenient to run off to Alaska for a weekend, so we sometimes run off to West Virginia instead. The past few years, we've spent the end-of-the-year holiday period around Canaan Valley.
We've spent time at two Bed and Breakfast establishments in West Virginia, and have had a great time at both. Lately, we've visited the Wildernest Inn, a wonderful establishment near Upper Tract, WV. Photographs from our most recent visit may be found here.
